One of my favorite recent Image books wraps up the first arc of its story and it looks to be a good one. “Goners” has consistently showed a lot of heart in the characters, while building an interesting world with lots of history. I can only hope the team will get to tell many more stories set in the “Goners” universe.

Goners #5 - HorrorTalk
I found myself looking at these pages and thinking, "No, they can't be doing this. Please don't be doing this." But I couldn't turn away. The creators have pulled me in. I'm deeply invested in these characters and I want them to avoid the supernatural train wreck that they're barreling towards at full speed...but I don't think that's in the cards just yet. I mean, the comic is called Goners for a reason, right?
