Pullquote.com is an online technology platform (the “Service”) for collecting and sharing quotes. The Service runs through software developed and hosted by Pressflex LLC, its subsidiaries and third party contractors ("Pullquote”, “we", “us” or “our”).
Pullquote allows users to tweet full quotes or images (like this and this) instead of paraphrases.
PRIVACY PRACTICES FOR OUR TECHNOLOGY
Information Our Technology Does and Does Not Collect
The only personally identifiable data relating to you that’s stored or shared by Pullquote is information you've shared on Twitter. Any information you process using the service -- highlights, copies, links, etc -- is stored in relation to your ID.
The following is PII (Personally Identifiable Information) that we do NOT collect: We do not collect “personal information”, as defined in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), from users we have actual knowledge are under the age of 13 or from sites directed to children under the age of 13 for OBA, nor do we engage in OBA directed to children we have actual knowledge are under the age of 13 except as compliant with the COPPA.
Pullquote also does not collect or use financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, pharmaceutical prescriptions, or medical records about a specific individual for Online Behavioral Advertising.
Pullquote does not collect traditional PII such as name, e-mail address, phone number, or precise location data.
Cookies and Web BeaconsIn order to help you share and store information, our Service uses the standard “cookies” feature of major browser applications that allows us to store a small piece of data on users’ computers about users’ visits to our website.
